Mix Veg Kofta Curry By Mamata Satpati For A Wholesome Meal


Welcome to my kitchen! Today, I'm sharing my recipe for a delicious Mix Veg Kofta Curry. Perfect for a wholesome meal that will leave you satisfied and happy.


First, let's make the koftas. Grate 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, and 1 potato. Add 1/2 cup of besan, 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste, and 1 tsp of garam masala. Mix well.


Shape the mixture into small balls and fry until golden brown. Set aside.


Now, for the curry. Heat oil in a pan and add 1 chopped onion, 1 tsp of cumin seeds, and 1 tsp of mustard seeds.


Once the onions are translucent, add 1 chopped tomato and cook until soft.


Add 1 tsp of turmeric powder, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and 1 tsp of red chili powder. Mix well.


Add 1 cup of water and let it simmer for 5 minutes.


Now, add the koftas to the curry and let it cook for another 5 minutes.


Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
